The Bush Family legacy and the framework of fascism currently in place.

Most people realize their rights have been dissolved to some degree by the current administration, but most do not realize exactly how far their rights have been stripped away or the powers Bush has sequestered for himself. In addition he has created internment camps in the United States, some of which are capable of holding over a million people.

The dictatorial powers created by Bush 1 year ago through NSPD-51 and HSPD-20 are completely unconstitutional. The directives loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions." Implementation of Marshall Law would have the following powers transferred to the President:

Marshall law would delegate "National Essential Functions" of all federal, state, local, territorial, and tribal governments, as well as private sector organizations to continue functioning under the president's directives in the event of a national emergency.

A Congressional Research Service study notes that under the National Emergency Act, the president "may seize property, organize and control the means of production, seize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute martial law, seize and control all transportation and communication, regulate the operation of private enterprise, restrict travel, and, in a variety of ways, control the lives of United States citizens."

The CRS study notes that the National Emergency Act sets up congress as a balance empowered to "modify, rescind, or render dormant such delegated emergency authority," if Congress believes the president has acted inappropriately.

NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 appears to supersede the National Emergency Act by creating the new position of National Continuity Coordinator without any specific act of Congress authorizing the position.

NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 also makes no reference whatsoever to Congress. The language of the May 9 directive appears to negate any a requirement that the president submit to Congress a determination that a national emergency exists, suggesting instead that the powers of the executive order can be implemented without any congressional approval or oversight.

11051	Specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
11310	Grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
11049	Assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
11921	Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and flow of money in the U.S.A. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

The above video shows what happened during Katrina, but if Marshall Law were declared today the powers available to Bush would be even greater. The plan for what would happen with these powers during Marshall Law have not been seen by even the legislature.


It would seem from the above video that fear of this mysterious plan is what has prevented Congress from impeaching Bush as they believe in the case of impeachment that Bush would: Attack Iran from the air, institute Marshall Law, and cancel the 2008 elections.
Bush has been trying to engineer another war with Iran for the better part of 3 years.

This video is of an old GM plant which has been outfitted with electric fencing on the INTERIOR along with other telling signs that it could be used to detain large numbers of people like a 6-foot deep trench once again located on the INTERIOR and adjacent to the fence.

This is video of an old AMTRAK repair facility which has been upgraded with electronic turnstiles, helicopter landing socks, surveillance equipment, and installation of heating systems for previously unheated buildings.
These installations have been popping up all over the United States during the Bush Administration and have been installed by KBR - as admitted in their own press release below:

KBR has been awarded a contract announced by the Department of Homeland Security’s United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) component. The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contingency contract is to support ICE facilities and has a maximum total value of $385 million over a five-year term. The contract provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the United States, or to support the rapid development of new programs.

They wouldn't have to tattoo you any more either, just give you a "mandatory vaccine" with a microchip in it while you were there for the Avian Flu or whatever freaken reason they want - by this point you are being processed in a camp for chrissake - who are you to argue? If you think they couldn't do it and have gotten a passport since 2005 - go get it right now and feel the bump on the front, that's an RFID chip.
This seems fitting with the legacy of Prescott Bush, G.W.'s Grandpa. The Bush fortune is in fact based on Prescott's dealings with German companies who had extensively invested in Hitler's rise to power and made millions through manufacturing for the war effort there. The US government seized assets controlled by Brown Brothers Harriman - including Union Banking Corporation - in the autumn of 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy act. Despite being ordered by the FBI, The Justice Dept, and The Dept of Treasury to cease and desist business dealings with Fritz Thyssen (one of the architects of the Nazi war machine), Prescott continued. When Thyssen died in Argentina in 1951 Bush received 1.5 million dollars from his dissolved shares of the Union Banking Corporation - the start of the Bush fortune.
In addition Prescott along with other Wall Street figures such as J.P. Morgan and the Remington family wanted in 1933 to assassinate FDR, overthrow the US government through a coup with 500K veterans rallied by General Smedley Butler (who blew the whistle on the coup after gaining the confidence of the plotters), and institute a facist government which would follow Hitler's model exactly. These figures were never officially implicated in the congressional investigation and Gen. Butler pointed out that all of the big names he had testified against were not a part of the official record.
